Sterilization method: Ozonated Water & Ultraviolet light.
Fermentation Method: In anaerobic reactor for 52 hours with saccharomyces cerevisiae var. diastaticus yeast wich helps to produce floral aromas and delicated citrus flavor notes.
Drying method: To 38 celsius degrees by 46 hours in a controlled mechanical equipment.
